I lost 7 lbs in the last 4 weeks.
I’ve been counting my calories most weekdays and I’ve been running on a treadmill for an average of 30 minutes between 3 to 5 times per week.
I’m not in the top 3 losers for the contest yet, but I think if I can keep losing weight like I have been, slow and steady may win the race.
Awesome! I really need to start running again.
