That’s a 22 lb loss since starting the contest.

I’ve also overcome another hurdle in my eating habits. It used to be that I would always eat a lot of pizza if it was available. We had pizza at small groups Sunday night and I managed to eat only two pieces even though I could have easily eaten more.
