I lost 1.5 lbs since last weigh-in two weeks ago.
That’s 14.5 lbs since starting the contest.
Apparently, it is a lot easier for me to control my eating than it is to exercise.
I want the nicer weather to inspire me to be active outside. I guess I can use the excuse that I worked late almost every night last week and that kept me from enjoying the weather.
My work schedule is back to normal now, so I should have no excuse to stay indoors when I get home.
