The concert on Thursday night was pretty awesome. My friend and I took the train (my first use of Cleveland public transportation) to Tower City and got to the amphitheater as Candlebox was wrapping up their set. Breaking Benjamin took the stage and rocked our faces off. We picked them up, dusted them off, and put them back on for Three Days Grace. I think a lot of people left after Breaking Benjamin; it was a lot less crowded, which was nice. The coolest parts of the Three Days Grace set were when Ben came out and sang a song with them and when they mixed Filter's "Hey Man, Nice Shot" into their song "Home."
Saturday night, Molly and I started the celebration of our two year anniversary by going out for dinner at Houlihan's and to the movies to see Spider-Man 3. (I continued the celebration on Monday, our actual anniversary, by making her breakfast in bed and a nice pasta dinner.)
Sunday night was the first time we met with our church home group. It was pretty good and I look forward to getting to know the other members better in the coming Sundays. We are now driving out to Amherst three times a week on the turnpike at $1 and half an hour each way. It's definitely worth it, but maybe we should start thinking about moving closer to our church family.
