Walk the Line
Apr 30th
6/10
I imagine this movie would be really enjoyable for a Johnny Cash fan. For me, it was a so-so movie. There was no clearly defined point to it. It seemed like it was just a clip from a performer's life, not necessarily a story that needed to be to… more »
The Forgotten

The acting was pretty good, too bad there wasn't a good script to match. It was entertaining, but really lame. The main character realizes that someone is trying to erase the memory of her dead son...."Who could do this?" she asks...."It couldn'… more »
Nintendo Revolution Named
Apr 27th
A crime has been committed!
The marketers at Nintendo have decided it would be a good idea to name their new system the Wii (pronounced "we").
This breaks every law of coolness, EVER.
Right now, the nintendo.com site is down. But when it is up,… more »

I had this one figured out pretty early on. It's just another movie about someone who goes crazy after something bad happens to them. If you want to watch something in the vein of Secret Window, The Machinist, etc. then watch this movie. Other… more »
Silent Hill

I thoroughly enjoyed 99% of this movie. The only thing that I didn't like was the vague ending. No one is really sure what happened. My friend told me that that is how the games end, so I guess it's respectable that they were staying true to the… more »

Last Friday night, Luke and Brian came over to watch Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, but we ended up watching Serenity instead. A similar situation has happened before, so I think next time I won't specify what movie I am inviting them over to watch… more »
Save the Internet

There is something called "Net Neutrality" that we all enjoy right now.
"Net neutrality ensures that all users can access the content or run the applications and devices of their choice. With net neutrality, the network's only job is to move data — no… more »

I really didn't like the parts where it was blatently computer animated, but I really enjoyed everything else. Good family movie. more »

It was all stupid humor, like Dumb and Dumber, but it was hilarious. I laughed pretty much the whole time. more »

I signed up for Harding's CareerNet this afternoon. They sent me three identical e-mails containing my username and password.
I guess they wanted to give the hackers a better chance of catching it.
Speaking of hackers. Yesterday, I was trying to vis… more »

I had a good 3 day weekend.
I spent most of Friday cleaning. But I got to play some Star Wars: Rogue Squadron and watch some Ben 10 and Monty Python's Flying Circus.
Friday night, Molly and I went to her grandparents. My mother-in-law and sister-in-… more »
Overheard in the Office

Overheard by Damien Sebastiani from Houston, Texas:
Worker #1: Boy, you look tired...
Project Manager: Yeah, it's been hectic. I need some of that geico balboa stuff.
Worker #1: Uh, ginko bilboa?
Project Manager: That's what I said.
Worker #1: No,… more »

I don't have work tomorrow. That is exciting.
I don't know what I'm going to do with my time, though.
Hopefully, I will find something to do outside. The weather is beautiful.
Yesterday, my landlord came and fixed out leaky sink and showed me ho… more »

This morning, Jeff asked "have you ever noticed how, in general (but not always), the last song on the album is the worst?"
I didn't agree and decided to add all of the last songs of all of the complete albums I have on my hard drive here at work.… more »

Does anyone else use last.fm? (I'd like to add you as a friend)
It stinks that there haven't been any worthwhile concerts in Little Rock (other than NIN, which costed to much).
It doesn't seem like there are any good ones in the near future, either.… more »

As Americans we should not call for the constitution to ban gay marriage. It is an issue that should be left up to individual states to decide upon.
I do believe that homosexuality is a sin, but we can't go around banning everything that is a sin.

This was another interesting movie, although it was a bit more crude than it had to be. I thought Michael Caine's character was very enjoyable. He caught the theme of the movie when he said: "Do you know that the harder thing to do and the rig… more »

Not as action-packed as I expected it to be, but it was very interesting. The main theme of the movie is captured perfectly by the character Gesser: "It is easier to kill the Light within oneself, than to scatter the Darkness that surrounds us… more »

I really liked this movie. Despite some of the kids being horrible actors, it had the right balance of emotion and humor. Other than that, it was totally unrealistic. more »
